If you are fond of writing write your books and find some one with a passon for editing who can review your book before you post to those online shops. There is a lot of competition there so you need to perfect your book.
Amazon has everything you need to complete your book. For example they have a wide selection of book covers you can chose from.
Draft2Digital at the moment do not have book cover designs so you make your own. It is even simple to make your own cover because there are thousands of good pictures to use in Google.
